Should you change your mind and like to return/cancel your order, please notify me within 14 days of receiving. You then have 14 days to return using the item using “Signed for” or ‘Tracked” postal option, in the new condition you received it and where possible, in the original packaging. You are responsible for returning the item.

A refund will be processed when the item has been received and condition confirmed as new; we aim to do this within 7 days of receipt. 

If there is a problem with my order:
Please send photos to sarah@popsidaisickle.com asap/within 48hrs of receiving and notify us by email. If we have made a mistake, we will replace or refund as you prefer. If the item is damaged please also take photos of the packaging.

We cannot refund personalised or sale items. Please double check your personalisation when ordering.

When returning a product from outside the UK you need to mark it as a return on the customs form. This is to avoid import charges.
