How long will my order take to arrive?
We are so grateful to be really busy. Some mobiles are made and ready to go, some are made to order. If you read the product description, it will state if it is ready to ship. If it is ready to ship, it will be posted in 3-5 business days. If made to order, we are currently working to 5-6 weeks until shipping.
How do i clean my Baby Mobile?
To clean the mobiles use a lint roller, avoiding any feathers. Spot clean with a damp cloth. Do not wash or dry clean. Water does not agree with felt!
I have made a mistake, can i change my order?
Please see our returns and refund policy. If you contact us within 24hrs of order we will do all we can to accommodate any changes before posting.
Why are items out of stock?
We make every item by hand, they take hours of work. We work as fast as we can, but you wonderful lot love our products so much we cannot always keep up. Stock will come back in, please keep in touch via our newsletter or on Instagram for release dates.
Taxes
We are not responsible for import/duty taxes incurred in your country. Our shipping price includes postage only. Taxes in your destination country are your responsibility.
